Schwartz first joined Policy Integrity with the inaugural class of fellows in 2008. He has twice been chosen as a consultant to the Administrative Conference of the United States, preparing reports and draft recommendations for best agency practices on petitions for rulemaking and marketable permits. Pole is the Deputy Director of the Queensland Digital Health Centre (QDHeC) and a Professor in the Centre for Health Services Research (CHSR). Schwartz’s work at Policy Integrity focuses on climate change, administrative law and the regulatory process, cost-benefit analysis, and job impact analysis.
